Are you highly organized, proactive and ready to support executive leadership? We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to work directly with our Director, ensuring smooth day to day operations and effective management of schedules, communications and office priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments and meetings efficiently
- Draft and manage professional correspondence, emails and reports
- Coordinate office tasks, projects and special events
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Support smooth communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in client engagement and administrative duties
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Office Administration
- Experience: 1-2 years supporting directors
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Independence: Works proactively with minimal supervision
- Organization: Strong scheduling, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Professionalism: High integrity, tact, and discretion
